We are excited to share some progress concerning Morgan House. Over the past few months, many notable advancements have been made as the Lord continues to open doors and pave the paths. One such area is with the progress made at our HQ. Below is a brief example of the Lord’s achievements in two areas. Please continue to pray as the Lord continues to work!
Ongoing work at Morgan house
Morgan House, the international HQ for IOI, has seen significant progress in the past few months, despite the severe weather that damaged part of the roof earlier this year. Please pray for the funds needed to replace the $168,000 used for the repairs and updates.
The completion of the roof repair / update resulted in a 30% reduction on our electricity expenses and improved the appearance of the facility.
Land/property enhancement
We continue to finish the landscaping with much of the work scheduled for September 2024.
To the right are depictions of what we would like to do. Some of the work includes: planting flowers and trees, as well as clearing the underbrush to create a more serene environment.
We continue to work as we prayerfully wait for the funds needed to finish the project.
