We are excited to share with you about the recent wheelchair distribution held at the Haven of Hope.
Over the years, IOI in partnership with Joni and Friends has facilitated the distribution of wheelchairs and mobility aids to individuals living with disabilities across Nigeria.
For nearly a decade, this collaboration has transformed the lives of hundreds of individuals and their families, which is a demonstration of God’s love to them. On April 11th, 2026, we distributed wheelchairs and walking aids to fifty beneficiaries.
While over a hundred individuals had initially been screened for this outreach, prevailing security challenges in the state made it difficult for some to travel to the Haven of Hope. Despite these limitations, the outreach was deeply impactful. Beyond the distribution of mobility aids, the Word of God was shared, bringing encouragement and spiritual nourishment to all present. It was a time not only of physical provision but also of eternal significance. Beneficiaries and their families expressed heartfelt gratitude for this act of compassion.
For many, this gift represents more than mobility—it restores dignity, creates new opportunities, and serves as a tangible reminder of God’s care for them. We praise God for the success of this outreach and for the safety of everyone involved, especially given the fragile security situation in the country. We look forward to reaching out to many others

- God would preserve and sustain the workers at the Haven of Hope Thank you for your continuous support.
- Peace and normalcy will be restored to Jos, Plateau State, and Nigeria at large
